Bill is a highly sought-after adjudicator and clinician, working with ensembles across the United States in the areas of concert band, marching band, jazz band, and orchestra. Ensembles under his direction have earned numerous top honors throughout Arizona and nationally. Additionally, his groups have been invited to perform at state music educator conventions on multiple occasions.

Known for his engaging and energetic approach, Bill quickly builds rapport with ensembles while helping students develop greater musical awareness, sensitivity, and performance confidence.

He is frequently invited to serve as a guest clinician and conductor for festivals, regional honor groups, and All-State ensembles. Bill also serves as a Head Judge for the Arizona Band and Orchestra Directors Association (ABODA) and is an Educational Clinician for the Conn-Selmer Division of Education.
