Our camps and conferences are designed specifically for high school musicians who want to grow as leaders within their ensembles and make a meaningful impact on their school’s music program. Through an engaging blend of leadership training, musical development, and collaborative learning, students gain practical skills that help them support their directors and strengthen their ensembles.

The conference curriculum combines structured instruction with group discussions and focused breakout sessions, allowing students to explore leadership concepts in a hands-on, supportive environment. These sessions encourage reflection, communication, and problem-solving while helping students better understand the responsibilities and influence of their leadership roles.
